Analysis

The Atlas lions of Morocco dominated the entire game but they could not break down a resilient french defence.

Exactly on the 5' minute, France broke the deadlock through Ac Milan defender, Theo Hernandez. He lets the ball bounce for about three times before he hit it cleanly while on the stretch. He gave Yasin Bounou no chance at all.

Again, exactly on the 79' minute, France scored the second goal after some nice team work. Randal Kolo Muani, the Frankfurt marksman was the goalscorer. He only came on few seconds earlier, in place of Ousmane Dembele. What a beautiful way to open your goal scoring account for your country. He surely sealed the victory for France.

This result means France have progressed to the final of this years world cup and they will face Argentina. This is the second time running France have qualified for the finals of  the world cup after they did so four years ago in Russia, where they emerged as winners.
